Exam Studio Use Terms
You’re about to use Exam Studio to build exams from Corvano’s question bank for your students. Your organization has agreed to the Content License & Confidentiality Addendum. These terms are your own part of it, and you accept them the first time you open Studio.

1.Your promise
In short: The questions stay inside Corvano, and only your students take them.
- I’ll use Studio only to build exams for students who hold my organization’s seats.
- I won’t copy, screenshot, photograph, print, download, transcribe or share any question, passage, figure, answer or explanation, and I won’t put any of it into another website, document, worksheet, test or AI tool.
- I won’t let anyone else use my account, and I’ll keep two-step verification on.
- I’ll tell my organization, or Corvano at partners@corvano.app, straight away if I learn that questions may have been copied or shared.
2.What Studio records
In short: Previews are marked with your name and logged.
Every preview shows a watermark with your name and organization. Studio records which questions you preview and when, limits how many you can preview each day, and alerts Corvano to unusual patterns.
3.If the rules are broken
In short: Studio access can end, for you and for your organization.
Corvano may end your Studio access, and your organization’s, if these rules are broken. Your organization is responsible to Corvano under its addendum for what happens through your account.
