Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026

Prior versionVersion 3.0What changed

Version 3.1 · Last updated: October 26, 2026

Effective October 25, 2026 for accounts created on or after that date. For accounts created before October 25, 2026, this version takes effect when you accept it in the app or on November 16, 2026, whichever comes first.

Version 3.1 was posted on October 26, 2026 and took effect that day for every Account that version 3.0 already applied to. It removes an offer Corvano no longer sells, and every mention of it; nothing else changed. What changed links to version 3.0.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Havra LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Havra", "we", "us", "our"), about using Corvano.

PLEASE READ SECTION 19 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND HAVRA TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU CAN OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS, AS SECTION 19 EXPLAINS.

The short version

This summary helps you read the Terms. The full text below is what counts.

  • You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission, and you should read these Terms with them.
  • Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time and keep your plan until the period you paid for ends. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires or these Terms say so.
  • A free trial needs a card and becomes a Paid Plan unless you cancel before it ends.
  • AI can be wrong. Check what it tells you. Practice scores are estimates, and we can't promise you a better test score.
  • What you create is yours. You let us store and process it to run Corvano, including through AI providers.
  • Follow the Community Guidelines. Automated checks can remove content and, for serious or repeated breaks, close accounts. A person will review any decision if you ask.
  • Most disputes go to individual arbitration, not court, unless you opt out within 30 days (section 19).

1.Agreeing to these Terms

1.1 How you agree. You agree to these Terms when you tick the box to accept them at sign-up, when you continue with a sign-in option (such as Google or Apple) on a screen that tells you that continuing means you accept them, when you accept them at checkout or through a parent payment link, or when you keep using Corvano after we have told you about a change, as section 15 explains. If you don't agree, don't use Corvano.

1.2 Other documents. The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information; please read it. If a tutoring company, tutor or school gives you a Seat, the information it can see is described in the Privacy Policy and on the screen where you accept the Seat. Organizations in the Partner Program also agree to our Partner Program Terms.

1.3 Key words. In these Terms and in our other documents:

  • "Corvano" means the websites at corvano.app, the Corvano apps, Corvano Prep (our SAT and ACT practice), and the features, content, AI Features and emails that come with them. They are one service with one account.
  • "Account" means your Corvano account.
  • "Teen" means a user who is at least 13 but under 18, or under the age of majority where they live if that is higher.
  • "Parent" means a parent or legal guardian.
  • "Your Content" means what you create, upload, import or submit in Corvano: sets, cards, images, audio, notes, files, study guides, Class text, messages to the AI tutors, answers, reports, ratings and anything else you submit.
  • "AI Features" means the parts of Corvano that use artificial-intelligence models, including Corbie and the other tutors, the set writer, AI-built tests, study guides, hints, explanations, card pictures, grading of written answers and automated content checks. "AI Output" means what AI Features produce.
  • "Paid Plan" means a paid subscription plan. A "Subscription" is a Paid Plan that renews automatically.
  • "Shared Set" means a set whose visibility is public, unlisted, password-protected or shared with a Class.
  • "Class" means a group created with Corvano's Classes feature. "Partner" means an organization in the Partner Program, and a "Seat" is a place on a Partner's plan held by one student.
  • "School-managed Account" means an Account created through a join link of a school, district, charter network (charter management organization) or other educational agency or institution (each a "school" in these Terms) that accepts only email addresses from its own email domain.
  • "Personal Account" means any Account that is not a School-managed Account.
  • "Including" means "including without limitation".

2.Who can use Corvano

2.1 Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use Corvano. Children under 13 may not create an account or use Corvano. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it.

2.2 Teens. If you are a Teen, you may use Corvano only with the permission of a Parent. Please read these Terms with your Parent before you accept them. When you accept these Terms, you confirm that your Parent has given you permission to use Corvano. Only a Parent may buy a Paid Plan for a Teen or approve a Teen's purchase.

2.3 Parents. A Parent who accepts these Terms, for example by paying through a parent payment link, by buying or approving a Paid Plan, or by managing a Teen's account with us, agrees to these Terms on their own behalf, is responsible for supervising the Teen's use of Corvano, and is responsible for purchases the Parent makes or approves, to the extent the law allows. Parents can contact us about a Teen's account as the Privacy Policy describes.

2.4 If a Teen's agreement is cancelled. The law may let a Teen, or a Parent on the Teen's behalf, cancel (disaffirm) an agreement made by a minor. If that happens, the Teen's right to use Corvano ends, and we will delete the account if asked. Section 19.7 explains what happens to the arbitration agreement in that case. If you keep using Corvano after you reach the age of majority, you confirm these Terms.

2.5 Where you are, and past removals. You may not use Corvano if you are located in a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You may not use Corvano if we have previously closed your account for breaking these Terms, unless we have agreed in writing that you may return.

2.6 Organizations. If you use Corvano for a tutoring company, school or other organization (for example as Partner staff), you also follow the Partner Program Terms and, if you use Exam Studio, the Content License & Confidentiality Addendum (through your organization) and the Exam Studio Use Terms, and you confirm that you are allowed to act for that organization.

3.Your account

3.1 Accuracy and security.

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address up to date; it is how we reach you. If your email address changes, tell us at support@corvano.app and we'll update it.
  • An Account is for one person. Don't share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your Account unless it happens because of our failure to protect it.
  • If you think someone else has used your Account, change your password and tell us at legal@corvano.app.
  • Don't create more than one Account to get extra free allowances, trials, free Plus time, invite rewards or other benefits.

3.2 Signing in with another service. If you sign in with Google or Apple where we offer it, that service's own terms also apply to your use of it, and we receive the information described in the Privacy Policy.

3.3 Corvano Plus from a tutor or school.

  • A Partner (a tutoring company, tutor or school) can give you a Seat that includes Corvano Plus. You join only by accepting the Partner's invitation, after the join screen shows you what the Partner will be able to see. While you hold the Seat, your AI use comes from the Partner's shared allowance, and these Terms still apply to you.
  • You can leave a Partner at any time from your account page, unless you have a School-managed Account. When you leave, or the Seat ends, you keep your Account and everything in it, and return to the free plan or to your own plan. A School-managed Account is different: it stays your school's to manage and never becomes a Personal Account. Your school can ask us to delete it, and when your school's plan ends we delete it (we wait up to 120 days if your school tells us it intends to renew). If your school removes your Seat without telling us what to do, we ask your school; if it hasn't answered within 60 days of our request, we email you and delete the Account 14 days later. While we wait, and after your school's plan ends, the Account is limited: you can sign in, study your own sets and download your data, but it shows no ads, loads no analytics and gets no offers, and your school can't see it. A School-managed Account can't buy or receive a personal plan (including through a parent payment link) and doesn't take part in offers or invite rewards (to have your own plan, use a Personal Account), and unless your school allows more, it can't make sets public or join a Class created by someone outside your school's staff. If your school allows it, you can ask us before the Account is deleted to copy the sets, cards, folders, notes and study guides you created into a Personal Account that uses your own email address (if your school is in Florida, or the law or your school's policy otherwise requires it, your school must first confirm to us in writing that a Parent expressly agreed, unless it has told us you are 18 or older). Nothing else is copied: your practice answers, practice-exam results, assignment and Exam Studio records and AI tutor conversations are deleted with the School-managed Account. Before deleting it, we email you at least 14 days ahead so that you can download your sets and data (and ask us at legal@corvano.app for anything the download doesn't include, which we send before deleting it), unless your school asks us to act faster for a student's safety, the Account belongs to a child under 13, or the law requires faster deletion. If deleting it cancels a plan that you or a Parent paid for yourselves, we refund the unused part of that plan.
  • If you are on the staff of a Partner, your Account includes Corvano Plus while that Partner is on Corvano. Your AI use comes from your own Plus allowance. When you leave the staff, or the Partner's plan ends, you return to the free plan or to your own plan.
  • If you also pay for your own plan, you keep whichever plan is higher. A Seat or staff role doesn't cancel your Subscription; you can cancel it yourself from your account page.

4.What Corvano is, and isn't

Corvano lets you make and study flashcards and sets, practice with our own questions and practice exams, join Classes, and use AI Features that explain, quiz and build study material. Corvano Prep offers SAT and ACT practice today. Practice for other exams that we describe as "in development" is not yet offered.

  • Original practice material. Our questions, passages and explanations are original material written by our AI question engine to the published test blueprints. Our process has each question solved independently twice and sends questions on which the solves disagree to review; explanations can still contain mistakes. They are not official test questions, and our practice exams are not official tests. As on the real SAT, some questions in our SAT practice exams are unscored try-out questions that help us calibrate new questions; they don't count toward your score.
  • Estimates, not results. Scores, score ranges, predictions and skill ratings are estimates based on your practice. They are not official scores and may differ from what you get on test day.
  • No guarantee. We work hard to help you improve, but WE DON'T PROMISE ANY PARTICULAR SCORE, GRADE, ADMISSION, SCHOLARSHIP OR OTHER RESULT.
  • Not affiliated. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board. ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT Education Corp. Neither was involved in the production of, or endorses, Corvano. Other exam names are trademarks of their owners, who are likewise not affiliated with Corvano.
  • A study aid. CORVANO IS NOT A SCHOOL, A TEACHER OF RECORD, OR A SOURCE OF PROFESSIONAL, MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL OR MENTAL-HEALTH ADVICE.

5.Plans, payments and renewal

5.1 Plans and prices. Corvano has a free plan and Paid Plans. The current plans, what each includes, their prices and billing periods, and any free trial or offer are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes that apply where you live are your responsibility, unless we are required to collect them, in which case they are shown at checkout.

5.2 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. By buying a Paid Plan you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the plan you choose, including renewals as described below. You must be allowed to use that payment method. If you are a Teen, a Parent must make or approve the purchase. A Parent can also pay through a payment link you send them (section 5.9).

5.3 Automatic renewal.

MONTHLY AND YEARLY PLANS ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD (A MONTH OR A YEAR, AS YOU CHOSE), YOUR PLAN RENEWS FOR ANOTHER PERIOD OF THE SAME LENGTH AND WE CHARGE THE PRICE THEN IN EFFECT FOR THAT PLAN TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD, UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME, ONLINE, AS SECTION 5.10 EXPLAINS.

The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown next to the button you use to subscribe and on the checkout page. After you subscribe, we email the person who pays for the plan (at the email address entered at checkout) a confirmation of these terms and how to cancel. If the plan is yearly, we email that person a reminder 30 to 40 days before each renewal, and a second reminder 7 to 14 days before it, each stating the plan, the renewal price, the renewal date and how to cancel. At least once a year, we email every subscriber a reminder of their plan, its price and how to cancel. When a Parent pays through a payment link, these emails go to the Parent, with a copy to the student.

5.4 [Reserved.]

5.5 Offers. From time to time we may offer some users a discount on the first payment, or the first few payments, of a plan. An offer shows the discount, which payments it covers, the regular price that applies after it, and the date and time it ends in your own time zone. To use it, start checkout before it ends. Before the first payment at the regular price, we email the person who pays the new amount, its date and how to cancel.

  • Each offer can be used once per Account and can't be combined with another discount. An offer replaces a plan's free trial.
  • After the discounted payments, your plan renews automatically at the regular price then in effect, as section 5.3 describes, until you cancel.
  • If an offer has ended or no longer applies to you when you check out, we tell you before you pay, and you can continue at the regular price or stop.

5.6 Free trials. Some plans come with a free trial when we offer one. The trial's length, the price after it, and the last day and time to cancel without being charged are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you start.

  • A card is required. You give a payment card at checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial. A trial that has no card to charge is cancelled.
  • It becomes a Paid Plan unless you cancel. When the trial ends, your Subscription starts automatically at the price shown at checkout, monthly or yearly as you chose, and renews until you cancel (section 5.3). Cancel at any time during the trial (section 5.10) and you pay nothing; you keep the plan until the trial ends. We email a reminder before the first charge.
  • What's included. A trial includes the plan's features. It may come with a smaller AI allowance than the Paid Plan, as shown before you start.
  • Switching plans ends the trial. If you switch to another plan during the trial, the trial ends and the new plan is charged straight away; the amount is shown before you confirm the switch (section 5.12).
  • One per person and per card. Each person may have one free trial of any plan, and a person who has had Plus Week doesn't get a trial. We treat variations of one email address (such as a +tag, or dots in a Gmail address) as the same person, across Accounts and after an Account is deleted, and a payment card that has already been used for a Corvano trial can't start another. If a trial starts anyway, we end it and cancel the Subscription without charging you, and tell you by email; you can then subscribe without a trial if you want to.
  • Not with discounts or parent payment links. An offer or other discount replaces the free trial, and a payment through a parent payment link has no free trial.

5.7 Plus Week and other free Plus time. We sometimes give Corvano Plus for a limited time without payment: Plus Week (a week of Plus for a new Account, when we offer it) and the free time described in section 5.8. These are not free trials.

  • No card and no charge. Free Plus time doesn't need a payment card, isn't a Subscription and never turns into one. It ends on its own at the time shown in your Account, and your Account then moves to the free plan (or to your own plan). Nothing you made is lost.
  • Who gets Plus Week. A new Account with a confirmed email address, once per person. An Account made with an email address that has already had Plus Week doesn't get another, even after the first Account is deleted; we treat variations of one address as the same address. We decide when Plus Week is offered and may change or stop it at any time.
  • What's included. Free Plus time includes Plus's features. It may come with a smaller AI allowance than a Paid Plan; your account page shows your allowance.
  • Limits. Free time from different sources adds up to at most 120 days ahead. It has no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and we may end free time that was obtained by breaking these Terms.

5.8 Invite rewards. Your Invite page has a personal link you can share. When someone joins Corvano with it, you can both earn rewards. Rewards are Corvano Plus time or, if you already pay for a plan, credit on your Corvano account. They are never cash. Invite rewards aren't available to an Account that holds a Seat from a school or is a School-managed Account, and links from those Accounts don't earn rewards.

  • Your friend must create a new Corvano Account with your link and be someone other than you. Once they confirm their email address and answer the number of practice questions shown on your Invite page, they get free Plus time (once per person, the same way as Plus Week), and you get your reward at the same moment.
  • If your friend pays. When your friend's first payment for a plan has cleared, and the waiting period shown on your Invite page has passed without a refund or a dispute, you get more Plus time or credit. Credit is never more than your friend paid.
  • Credit is applied by our payment processor to your future Corvano payments. It has no cash value, can't be withdrawn or transferred, and isn't paid out if you cancel or delete your Account.
  • Limits. The number of rewards you can earn each year, and how many people can join with one link each year, are shown on your Invite page.
  • Sharing. Share your link only with people you know. Don't spam it, post it in ads or on coupon sites, pay or pressure anyone to use it, or hide that you get a reward for it (the message we prepare for you says so). Corvano never sends invitations for you.
  • Review and abuse. We may hold a reward for review (for example, when a friend signs up from the same network as you), and we may refuse, withhold or take back rewards obtained through fake, duplicate or self-made Accounts, or by breaking these Terms. If your Account is closed, rewards it would have earned are withheld. We may change or end invite rewards at any time; rewards you have already received stay yours unless they were obtained by abuse.

5.9 A Parent paying. A student can send a Parent a private payment link for Corvano Plus (monthly or yearly). The page it opens shows the plan, the price and how it renews, and nothing about the student.

  • The person who pays confirms that they are the student's Parent and accepts these Terms as the purchaser, including this section 5 and section 19. We record when they accepted and which version of these Terms they saw.
  • The plan belongs to the student's Account. Stripe sends receipts to the email address the payer enters at checkout. The student can see the plan, its receipts, the billing email and the card's brand and last four digits on their account's billing page, and can cancel the plan or change the card there.
  • A Subscription paid this way renews like any other until it is cancelled. The student can cancel it from their Account. The payer can cancel it online with the cancellation link in the confirmation, every reminder and every other email we send them, and on our help page for parents, or by sending the ready-made cancellation email linked there, or by emailing support@corvano.app (or legal@corvano.app) from the email address the receipt was sent to; we cancel it and confirm by email. Either way the plan stays on until the end of the period already paid for. Our help page for parents explains the steps.
  • If the student deletes their Account, the plan ends at once, and we email the payer to tell them.
  • A payment link works once and stops working after a few days.

5.10 Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, online:

  • in Corvano, go to Account and choose Manage billing, then cancel the plan; or
  • use the cancel by email link beside it, or write to legal@corvano.app (or support@corvano.app) from the address on your Account. Either address works for cancelling.

You don't need to call or talk to anyone to cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your Account moves to the free plan. Nothing else about your Account changes. If a Parent paid for your plan, they can also cancel it as section 5.9 describes. If you cancel by email, we confirm by email once it's done, and if a renewal, or the first charge after a free trial, is made after your request reached us, we refund that charge. Free Plus time has nothing to cancel.

5.11 Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time or unused features, except where the law requires otherwise or these Terms say so. If you live in a place whose law gives you a right to cancel a purchase and get your money back (for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), email us and we will honor it as that law requires. If you delete your Account while a Paid Plan is active, the plan is cancelled immediately and the rest of the period is not refunded. If we delete an Account because its user is under 13, we cancel any Paid Plan and refund every payment made for that Account.

5.12 Price changes and plan changes. We may change the price of a plan. If the price of your Subscription goes up, we will tell you by email at least 14 days, and no more than 30 days, before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then. If the law where you live gives you further rights when a price changes (such as a right to a prorated refund), we honor them. When a Parent pays through a payment link, we send this notice to the Parent, with a copy to the student. You can switch between Paid Plans in Manage billing; any credit or extra charge for the change is calculated and shown by our payment processor before you confirm.

5.13 Failed payments and disputes. If a payment fails, your Account uses the free plan until the payment goes through. Stripe may try again, and your paid features come back as soon as a payment succeeds. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first: we can often fix it faster than your bank. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, we may suspend paid features while the dispute is open.

6.Free plan, ads and usage limits

  • Ads. The free plan shows ads, including optional ads you can watch on the website to refill hearts early. All ads are non-personalized. Some free features need ads to load, and may ask you to turn off an ad blocker or upgrade. Paid Plans and Seats have no ads.
  • AI allowance. Every plan includes an allowance for AI Features, measured over usage windows (currently each five-hour session and each week), plus daily limits on some features. Paid Plans have larger allowances. Your account page shows where you stand, and AI actions show an estimate before you start. Reset coupons, when your plan includes them, start a fresh session early.
  • Hearts and other limits. Free practice uses hearts: after a number of wrong answers, new questions pause for a while. Some features, such as full-length practice exams, are only on Paid Plans.
  • Changes. We may change the free plan, its limits and the features it includes, and we may adjust allowances to keep Corvano reliable and affordable. If we materially reduce what your Paid Plan includes, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the change applies to you.
  • Fair use. Don't try to get around limits, for example with several Accounts, scripts or automated use.

7.AI Features

  • AI, not a person. Corbie and the other tutors are AI systems, not people. They are study aids, not teachers, counselors or professionals.
  • It can be wrong. AI OUTPUT CAN BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUT OF DATE OR INAPPROPRIATE, AND MAY LOOK CONFIDENT WHEN IT ISN'T RIGHT. Check important information against your class materials, official test materials or a teacher. AI-graded answers and AI-made tests are practice only and don't affect any official score.
  • How it works. To produce a result, what you send (and the cards, question or document involved) is processed by AI model providers through our AI routing service. We don't send your name, email address or account ID with these requests. The Privacy Policy explains which providers are involved and what they may keep.
  • What you put in. Don't enter personal information about yourself or others, anything sensitive, or content you don't have the right to use. Don't try to make an AI Feature produce harmful, illegal or explicit content or get around its safety rules.
  • What comes out. As between you and us, you may use AI Output made for you for your own studying. AI Output isn't unique: similar requests can produce similar results for other people, and WE DON'T PROMISE THAT AI OUTPUT IS FREE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S RIGHTS. AI Output you save or share becomes part of Your Content.
  • Automated decisions. Some decisions in Corvano are made by automated systems, including AI: for example, grading a written answer, choosing practice questions, estimating scores, and checking sets against the Community Guidelines. Section 14.3 explains automated content checks. You can ask us to look again at any automated result you think is wrong.
  • If you're struggling. Corvano's AI Features can't help in a crisis. If you are going through something hard, talk to someone you trust. In the United States you can call or text 988 at any time. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

8.Your content

  • You own it. You keep all rights you have in Your Content.
  • Our license to run Corvano. You give Havra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process (including by sending it to AI model providers and other service providers acting for us), adapt (for example, reformatting it, or generating pictures, questions or summaries from it), display, perform and transmit Your Content, and to let our service providers do these things for us, only as needed to provide, secure and improve Corvano (for you and for other users), including reviewing the quality of AI Features (for students with a school's Seat or a School-managed Account, only to support and fix that student's or that school's service, never to build evaluation or training sets or to tune prompts or models) and checking content against the Community Guidelines; to make Your Content available to the people you share it with (section 9); to enforce these Terms; and to comply with the law. We don't sell Your Content and don't use it to train generative AI models. Aggregate, de-identified statistics (such as how often a question is answered correctly) are used to calibrate our questions and score scales, to operate and improve Corvano and to measure how well it works, and never to train, tune or develop AI systems (section 4).
  • How long the license lasts. It ends when you delete the content or your Account, except for copies other users made of sets you shared (section 9), copies in backups until they expire, records we keep as the Privacy Policy describes, and what the law requires us to keep.
  • Your promises. You have the rights needed to upload and share Your Content, and it doesn't break these Terms, the Community Guidelines or anyone else's rights. When you import sets from another service, import only content you are allowed to use and follow that service's terms.
  • Our right to remove. We don't review all content before it appears, and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT THAT USERS CREATE. We may remove, hide or restrict any content that we believe breaks these Terms or the law, or that could harm someone.
  • Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

9.Shared Sets, Classes and Match

9.1 Shared Sets. New sets are private. If you make a set public, share an unlisted or password-protected link, or share it with a Class, you let other signed-in Corvano users who can see it read it, study it, save it, copy it into their own Accounts, and export it for their personal, non-commercial studying, along with your display name. You can make a set private again or delete it at any time; copies that others already made or downloaded remain theirs to study. Only share content you have the right to share, and never share anyone's personal information. You can report a set that breaks these Terms from its page.

9.2 Classes. Anyone can create a Class and invite others with a Class code. Classes are a general study feature, not a service for schools; a school that wants to give Corvano to its students must use the Partner Program.

  • If you create a Class, you are responsible for running it under the Community Guidelines, for who you invite, and for what you post. Class members can see the Class's name, its sets and your announcements. You can see members' display names, when they joined and how they are doing on Class assignments.
  • If you join a Class, its creator and co-teachers can see your display name, when you joined and your progress on Class assignments. If you choose to appear on a Class leaderboard, other members see your name and weekly activity there. You can leave a Class at any time.
  • Classes are separate from the Partner Program. A CLASS CREATOR IS ANOTHER CORVANO USER, NOT HAVRA, AND WE DON'T CHECK WHO THEY ARE.
  • If you are a teacher or other school employee and create a Class for your students, you confirm that your school allows you to use Corvano with them and that every member is 13 or older. Schools that want to provide Corvano to their students should use the Partner Program, which includes a student data privacy agreement.

9.3 Match and other study games. In Match and other study games, other players who can see the game may see your first name and last initial (or "A student") and your results.

10.Rules for using Corvano

You must follow the Community Guidelines, which explain in detail what you may and may not create or share. In particular:

  • Academic integrity. Don't use Corvano to cheat: not during a real SAT, ACT or other exam, and not on schoolwork, tests or assignments where outside help isn't allowed. Don't upload, share or ask about questions from real, secure exams in breach of the test maker's rules.
  • Conduct and content. Don't create, upload or share anything that is illegal or promotes illegal activity, violence, self-harm or dangerous acts; harasses, bullies, threatens or discriminates against anyone, or is hateful; is sexually explicit or sexualizes minors in any way; shares someone else's personal information or impersonates any person or organization; infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights; or contains malware, spam or advertising.
  • Our systems. Don't:
    • scrape, crawl, bulk-download or copy Corvano's questions, explanations or other content, or use bots or automated tools to access Corvano, except through features we provide for that purpose (such as exporting a set you can read);
    • try to see answers before you answer, extract answer keys, or interfere with grading, scoring or timing;
    • probe, test or break our security, reverse engineer Corvano, or access Accounts, data or systems that aren't yours (if you find a vulnerability, tell us at legal@corvano.app);
    • overload or disrupt Corvano, or get around usage limits, trials, payments or safety features;
    • click ads you're not interested in, or make others click them, to generate ad revenue;
    • use Corvano, its content or AI Output to build a competing product or to train, tune or evaluate AI models; or
    • resell or commercially exploit Corvano without our written permission (for tutoring companies and schools, our Partner Program Terms are that permission, on their terms).

11.Our content

Corvano, including its practice questions, passages, explanations, practice exams, software, design, logos and the Corbie character, is owned by Havra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws (including copyright, trademark and trade secret laws, where they apply) and by these Terms. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Corvano for your own non-commercial studying under these Terms. All other rights are reserved. Open-source software and public data used in Corvano are provided under their own licenses, listed on our open-source notices page.

12.Copyright complaints

We respect copyright and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our designated agent for copyright notices is:

Havra LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent
1738 SW 57th Ave #498, Miami, FL 33155
+1 305-676-8622
legal@corvano.app

12.1 Sending a notice. Your notice must be in writing and include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  3. where the material you claim is infringing is on Corvano (such as the set's link), in enough detail for us to find it;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

12.2 Counter-notices. If we remove your content because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Havra may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent. We may then restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.

12.3 Misrepresentation. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages.

12.4 Repeat infringers. We close the Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances, and we may remove content or restrict Accounts after a single notice.

13.Other services

Corvano uses third-party services to work, including payment processing by Stripe, ads and analytics by Google, sign-in by Google or Apple where offered, and AI model providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. Corvano may link to other websites, use public data such as PubChem, and import content from other services at your request. WE DON'T CONTROL AND AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, SERVICES OR CONTENT.

14.Suspension and termination

14.1 You. You can stop using Corvano at any time, and delete your Account from your account page. Deleting your Account deletes your data as the Privacy Policy describes, cancels any Paid Plan immediately and ends any free Plus time, without a refund for the rest of the period.

14.2 Us. We may suspend or end your access, remove content, or close your Account if you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if we must do so by law, if your use creates risk or harm for others or for Corvano, or if we learn you are under 13. Where it's reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; for serious or repeated breaks we may act without warning. If we end a Paid Plan without a good reason under these Terms, we will refund the unused part of the period. If we end a Paid Plan because its user is under 13, we refund every payment made for that Account (section 5.11).

14.3 Automated content checks. Sets and Class text are checked automatically, as the Community Guidelines explain. A set that appears to break the rules is hidden while a second automated review looks at it, and that review can remove the set or, for serious or repeated breaks, close the Account straight away, without a person reviewing it first and without a warning. When we close an Account, a Subscription stops renewing (the current period is not refunded), and we may block the networks the Account was used from, which can affect other people who use the same network. We don't apply such a block to a signed-in Account in good standing that has a Paid Plan or a Seat. If a network block affects your Account, email support@corvano.app: if, after we check, we find your Account isn't connected to the closed one, we lift the block for your Account and, if you have a Paid Plan, extend it by the time you couldn't use it or, if you prefer, refund that time. A network block never stops you from cancelling: you can always cancel by emailing legal@corvano.app or support@corvano.app from your account address. If you think a decision was wrong, email support@corvano.app and a person will review it; we aim to reply within 5 business days, and if a review needs longer we tell you when to expect an answer. If it was wrong, we restore your Account and your sets, and if you had a Paid Plan we extend it by the time the Account was closed or, if the person who pays prefers, refund that time. If we reverse a closure, the rule that the current period is not refunded doesn't apply; instead we extend the plan or refund that time as described above. When we close an Account, we email you the reason and how to ask for a review. A closed Account (other than a School-managed Account, which is handled under the school's agreement with us) is kept for 180 days so that a review can restore it; we remind you 14 days before it is deleted, as the Privacy Policy explains, and until then you can ask legal@corvano.app for a copy of your sets, except content we removed for breaking the Community Guidelines, content we reported to the authorities or must preserve, and anything the law doesn't allow us to send. If you ask for a review after the Account has been deleted, we can't restore it, but if the closure was wrong we extend or refund the closed time. Restoring an Account does not restart a Subscription that stopped renewing when the Account was closed; it renews again only if the person who pays chooses to restart it, and we tell them so.

14.4 What survives. Sections that by their nature should continue after your Account ends do so, including sections 8 (for the license's remaining parts), 9.1 (for copies others already made), 11, 12 and 16 through 23, to the extent they remain legally binding (for example, after a valid disaffirmance under section 2.4).

15.Changes to Corvano and these Terms

15.1 Corvano changes. We are always improving Corvano, and we may add, change or remove features, or stop offering Corvano altogether. If we stop offering Corvano, we will give you reasonable notice where we can, a chance to download your data, and a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period that is left.

15.2 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new version number and effective date. For material changes, we will tell you by email, and in Corvano, at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required by law or needed urgently for safety or security, in which case we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. We may ask you to accept material changes to keep using Corvano, and we will ask you to accept a material change to section 17 or section 19 (for example, by ticking a box when you next sign in) before it applies to you. If you keep using Corvano after a change takes effect, you accept it, except that you can still reject a change to section 19 within the 30 days that section 19.5 gives you. If you don't agree, stop using Corvano and cancel any Paid Plan before the change takes effect.

15.3 Earlier disputes. Changes to these Terms do not apply to a Dispute (section 19) that arose before the change takes effect, or that you or we had already notified the other about, or that was already in arbitration or court; the version in effect when the Dispute arose applies to it. Section 19.5 gives you an extra right to reject changes to the arbitration agreement. Our notice of a material change will say what is changing, when it takes effect, how to reject a change to section 19, and that using Corvano after the change takes effect means you accept it.

16.Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CORVANO, ITS CONTENT AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CORVANO WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; THAT CONTENT, PRACTICE QUESTIONS, EXPLANATIONS, SCORE ESTIMATES OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR YOU; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT CORVANO WILL HELP YOU REACH ANY SCORE, GRADE, ADMISSION OR OTHER RESULT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE AI OUTPUT AND ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON IT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT CREATED BY OTHER USERS OR FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited or waived.

17.Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, HAVRA AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING ADMISSION OR SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO CORVANO OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO CORVANO OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU (OR A PARENT FOR YOU) PAID US FOR CORVANO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50.

THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. They do not limit liability for fraud, willful or intentional misconduct, gross negligence where the law does not allow liability for it to be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow liability for it to be limited, violation of law where the law does not allow liability to be limited, or damages that a consumer protection statute does not allow to be limited.

18.Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Havra and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents from any third-party claims, and the losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that result from them, arising from Your Content, your misuse of Corvano, your breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or your violation of any law or of someone else's rights, except to the extent a claim results from our own breach of these Terms, negligence or misconduct. Third-party claims don't include claims that you bring against Havra. If you are a Teen, this section 18 doesn't apply to you, and a Parent isn't responsible under it for a Teen's content or activity. We will tell you about any such claim and may take over its defense, in which case you agree to cooperate.

19.Disputes and arbitration

19.1 What this covers. This section applies to any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Havra (including Havra's members, managers, employees, contractors and agents, when a claim is about their work for Havra) arising out of or relating to Corvano, these Terms or the Privacy Policy, whether based in contract, statute, tort or any other legal theory, and whether it arose before or after you accepted these Terms (for a Dispute that arose before you accepted this version, section 15.3 says which version applies) (a "Dispute"). It does not apply to you if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Section 19 does not apply to (a) disputes between Havra and a Partner (including an independent tutor acting as a Partner) under the Partner Program Terms, the Content License & Confidentiality Addendum, a student data privacy agreement or a Partner Order Form, or (b) disputes between Havra and a member of a Partner's staff about Exam Studio or the Exam Studio Use Terms that arise from their work for the Partner; those are resolved as those documents provide. Claims by a student, a Parent or a payer about their own Account, data or payments remain Disputes under this section 19 even if they involve a Partner. Except for the disputes in (a) and (b), if any other terms you accept for Corvano (including terms shown at checkout, in a parent payment link or in an app store) say something different about how Disputes between you and Havra are resolved, this section 19 controls.

19.2 Try to resolve it first. Before starting arbitration or a small-claims case, the person raising a Dispute must send the other a written notice describing the Dispute and the relief sought. A notice from you must include your name, your account email address, a description of the Dispute and the relief you want, and be sent by email to legal@corvano.app (with "Notice of Dispute" in the subject) or by mail to the address in section 24. A lawyer may send it for you. A notice from us goes to the email address on your Account. Each notice must concern only one person's Dispute. We will both try in good faith to resolve the Dispute for 60 days after the notice is received; either of us may suggest a phone or video call. Deadlines to bring a claim are paused from the day the notice is received until the end of that period. If the Dispute isn't resolved, either of us may start arbitration or a small-claims case.

19.3 Binding individual arbitration. You and Havra agree to resolve any Dispute by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration is filed (and, where section 19.6 applies, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules), before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section 19. The arbitrator decides all issues about the Dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration agreement and whether you, or a Parent for you, have disaffirmed or ratified these Terms or this section 19, except that a court decides: whether section 19.4 (no class actions) is valid, enforceable or has been breached; whether section 19.6 is valid and enforceable (whether it applies to particular filings is decided as the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules provide); and whether a claim falls under section 19.8 (exceptions). Hearings may be held by video or telephone, or on written submissions alone if the claim is for US$10,000 or less, unless the arbitrator decides an in-person hearing is needed; any in-person hearing will be held in the county where you live unless we both agree otherwise. Fees are paid as the AAA's rules provide. If you show the arbitrator that the costs of arbitration would be prohibitive compared with going to court, we will pay as much of them as the arbitrator decides is needed to prevent that. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, but only in favor of the individual party seeking it and only to the extent needed for that party's individual claim. The arbitrator's decision will be in writing, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. This agreement to let the arbitrator decide these issues is a separate agreement that can be enforced on its own.

19.4 No class actions.

YOU AND HAVRA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. UNLESS YOU AND HAVRA AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT COMBINE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU AND HAVRA EACH GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

19.5 Opting out, and later changes. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@corvano.app (or writing to the address in section 24) within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, your account email address and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. A Parent may opt out for a Teen. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms. If you opted out of arbitration under an earlier version, that opt-out still applies and you don't need to opt out again. If you accepted an earlier version of these Terms and did not opt out then, you can't use this version to opt out, except as follows: if we change this section 19 in a material way, you can reject the change by emailing us within 30 days after it takes effect, and the version you last accepted will continue to apply to you.

19.6 Many similar claims. If 25 or more Disputes that are similar in substance are filed against Havra by or with the help of the same or coordinated lawyers or organizations, they will be administered under the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, and the procedures, deadlines and fees that apply will follow those rules. A court decides whether this section 19.6 is valid and enforceable; whether it applies to particular filings is decided as the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules provide.

19.7 If part of this section is not enforceable. If section 19.4 is found unenforceable for a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request (and only that one) will be separated from the arbitration and decided by a court in Florida or, where the law gives you the right to bring it in your local courts, in those courts (section 20), after any individual claims that remain in arbitration have been decided, and the rest of section 19 still applies. If any other part of section 19 is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the rest of section 19 still applies. If this arbitration agreement as a whole is found unenforceable for you by a court or by the arbitrator under section 19.3 (including because you, or a Parent for you, validly disaffirmed it), Disputes will be resolved in the courts described in section 20. In every case the rest of these Terms stays in effect to the extent it remains legally binding.

19.8 Exceptions.

  • Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies there and stays there.
  • Either of us may ask a court for an injunction or other equitable relief to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or unauthorized access to or abuse of Corvano.
  • Nothing in this section 19 waives any right the law gives you to seek public injunctive relief. Where the law allows you to seek it, that request will be decided by a court (in Florida under section 20, or in your local courts where the law gives you that right) after the individual arbitration of your other claims is finished.
  • If you bring a Dispute that relates to a sexual harassment or sexual assault claim, you may choose to bring it in court instead of arbitration, as federal law (the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021) allows.

20.Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; section 19 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any Dispute that is not arbitrated (or that is excluded from arbitration) will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and Havra consent to their personal jurisdiction, except that small-claims cases may be brought where you live. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, or protects you with rules of your local law that can't be waived, nothing in these Terms takes that right away.

21.General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms (including the Community Guidelines), any terms shown to you when you buy a Paid Plan, and, if you are Partner staff, the Partner-related terms described in section 2.6 (including the Exam Studio Use Terms) are the whole agreement between you and Havra about Corvano and replace any earlier agreements about it. If terms shown at checkout conflict with these Terms, these Terms control, except for the plan, price and billing period shown at checkout.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced as far as possible and the rest stays in full effect, except as section 19.7 says.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, we haven't given up the right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or duties under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, without your consent, to an affiliate or as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or by operation of law, and these Terms will then bind and benefit the new owner.
  • Events outside our control. WE AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR FAILURES CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, such as outages of the services we rely on, internet or power failures, natural disasters, epidemics, war, labor disputes or government action.
  • Electronic communications. You agree that we may send notices, agreements and other communications electronically, by email to your account address or in Corvano, and that they satisfy any legal requirement to be in writing. Notices to us must be sent to legal@corvano.app or to the address in section 24.
  • Export laws. You may not use, export or re-export Corvano in breach of US export control or sanctions laws.
  • Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship.
  • Third-party beneficiaries. Havra's members, managers, employees, contractors and agents may rely on and enforce sections 16, 17, 18 and 19, and Havra's suppliers and licensors may rely on and enforce sections 16 and 17. Apple may enforce section 22.2 as stated there. Otherwise, these Terms create no rights for anyone other than you and Havra.
  • Language and headings. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls. Headings and the short version help you read them; the full text controls.
  • Survival. Section 14.4 says which parts of these Terms continue after your Account ends.

22.Corvano apps and app stores

22.1 Apps in general. If you download a Corvano app from an app store, these Terms apply to the app, and the app store's own terms also apply to your use of the store. We may release updates to the app; some features may need the latest version.

22.2 Apple. If you download a Corvano app from Apple's App Store:

  1. Who the agreement is with. These Terms are between you and Havra only, not Apple. Havra, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  2. Your license. You may use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing. The license is non-transferable.
  3. Support. Havra is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app, as these Terms describe or the law requires. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  4. Warranty. Havra is responsible for any product warranties for the app, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they have not been effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price you paid for the app, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are Havra's responsibility, subject to these Terms.
  5. Product claims. Havra, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
  6. Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Havra, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
  7. Legal compliance. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated by the US government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  8. Contact. Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to Havra LLC, 1738 SW 57th Ave #498, Miami, FL 33155, +1 305-676-8622, legal@corvano.app.
  9. Third-party terms. You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
  10. Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they apply to the app, and once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as they apply to the app.

22.3 App store age laws. Some places require app stores to confirm a user's age category and, for minors, a Parent's consent. Where such a law applies to a Corvano app, we use the age category and consent signals the app store gives us, and we don't enforce these Terms against a minor in a way that law forbids without the Parent's consent it requires.

22.4 Purchases in an app. Today the Corvano apps don't sell anything. If an app later offers purchases through an app store, the store's payment, renewal and refund rules will apply to those purchases, and we will show you the terms before you buy.

23.Notices for specific places

  • California. Nothing in these Terms exempts Havra from liability for its own fraud, willful injury to a person or property, or violation of law, as California Civil Code Section 1668 provides, or waives rights under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to this notice: Corvano is provided by Havra LLC, 1738 SW 57th Ave #498, Miami, FL 33155, telephone +1 305-676-8622 (we don't take cancellations by phone; see section 5.10); the charges for Corvano are shown on our pricing page and at checkout; and the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
  • New Jersey. If you live in New Jersey: section 17 does not limit our liability for our gross negligence, recklessness or intentional acts, or for personal injury; sections 16, 17 and 18 do not limit any remedy you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act; and section 18 does not require you to pay our attorneys' fees for a claim you bring under New Jersey consumer protection law.
  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. You have the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of the law of the country where you live, including rights to have digital content and services that conform to the contract. Section 19 (arbitration) does not apply to you, and section 17 does not limit our liability where the law of your country doesn't allow it to be limited.

24.Contact

For questions about these Terms, legal notices, cancellation, account help, copyright notices and Parents' requests, email legal@corvano.app. Cancellation requests can go to either legal@corvano.app or support@corvano.app (sections 5.9 and 5.10). For moderation decisions, network blocks and changes to your account's email address (section 3.1), email support@corvano.app. We don't take cancellations by phone; use the online or email options in section 5.10.
