What changed on October 25, 2026
Version 3.1 of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy (version 3.0 with one removal, below) and version 1.0 of the Community Guidelines are in effect. Effective October 25, 2026 for accounts created on or after that date. For accounts created before October 25, 2026, this version takes effect when you accept it in the app or on November 16, 2026, whichever comes first. Until then, the versions of October 7, 2026 apply to those accounts.
The Terms of Service include a binding individual arbitration agreement and a class action waiver (section 19), as the current Terms do, and they explain how to opt out. If you have questions, email legal@corvano.app; schools and tutoring companies can write to partners@corvano.app.

If you have an account from before October 25, 2026, you can accept version 3.0 in the app. If you don't, it takes effect for you on November 16, 2026.
Revisions since then
Terms of Service 3.1 and Privacy Policy 3.1, October 26, 2026. Both remove “Plus until test day”, a one-time pass Corvano no longer sells, and every mention of it (in the Terms, section 5.4 is now reserved, so the other sections keep their numbers). Nothing else changed. They took effect when they were posted, for every account version 3.0 already applied to. Read Terms of Service 3.0 or Privacy Policy 3.0.
