The crow and the pitcher.

Corvano is named for the crow in Aesop's fable, who drops stones into a pitcher, one at a time, until the water rises within reach. In 2009, researchers at Cambridge watched real rooks solve the same puzzle the same way. A score rises like that too: one question at a time.

Questions

Yes. Practice questions, every explanation, your score estimate, and five AI tutor questions a day are free, with no card needed. Plus adds full-length practice tests and 8x the AI tutor allowance on a stronger model, and removes the ads.

Corvano writes its own practice questions, built to the published blueprint for the Digital SAT or the ACT, one skill at a time. They are not College Board or ACT items. Every question is solved twice, independently, with the answer key hidden, and anything the two solves disagree on is held back for review before a student sees it.

It starts as a wide range and narrows as you practice: on each SAT section, roughly plus or minus 80 points after ten questions in that section, and closer to plus or minus 20 after a hundred. It comes from your answers on Corvano's own questions, so it is an estimate, not an official SAT or ACT score.

No. Corvano Prep is independent practice written to the published test blueprints. The notice at the bottom of this page says so too.

On the free plan, a small ad shows under the explanation after each question you answer, and some other screens carry a banner at the bottom. Ads are always labeled, never personalized, and nothing you study is shared with advertisers. Plus has no ads at all.

$9.99 a month, or $99.99 a year, which works out to about $8.33 a month. Cancel any time from your account page in two clicks, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
