You are about to use Exam Studio, the Partner Console tool for building exams from Corvano's question bank for your organization's students. Your organization has accepted the Content License & Confidentiality Addendum (the "Addendum"). These Exam Studio Use Terms are the promises you make yourself, as the person using Exam Studio. You accept them the first time you open Exam Studio, and again whenever we publish a new version. They are an agreement between you and Havra LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Havra", "we"), which operates Corvano. "Licensed Content" has the meaning given in the Addendum.

  • I will use Exam Studio only to build exams for students who hold my organization's Seats.
  • I will not copy, screenshot, photograph, record, print, download, transcribe or share any Licensed Content, and I will not put any of it into another website, document, worksheet, test, learning platform or AI tool.
  • I will not let anyone else use my account, and I will keep two-step verification turned on.
  • I will tell my organization, or Havra at partners@corvano.app, straight away if I learn that Licensed Content may have been copied or shared.
  • These promises continue for 5 years after I stop using Exam Studio or leave my organization and, for any Licensed Content that is a trade secret, for as long as it remains one.

Every preview shows a watermark with your name and organization. Exam Studio records which questions you preview and when, limits how many you can preview each day, and alerts us to unusual patterns, such as very fast or very large numbers of previews. We use these records to protect Licensed Content and to investigate possible disclosures, as our Privacy Policy describes.

We may suspend or end your Exam Studio access, and your organization's, if these terms or the Addendum are broken. Your organization is responsible to us under the Addendum for what happens through your account. Nothing in these terms makes you personally liable for more than the law makes you liable for your own conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising under or relating to these terms or Exam Studio, including disputes between you personally and Havra, that arise from your work for your organization are resolved as section 17 of the Partner Program Terms provides: you personally agree to the state or federal courts located in Florida and the 30-day negotiation step in that section. This section 4 controls over section 19 of the Corvano Terms of Service for these disputes, as section 19.1 of those Terms also says. Claims about your own Corvano account as a student, Parent or payer stay under section 19 of the Terms of Service.

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU AND HAVRA EACH KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO EXAM STUDIO OR THESE TERMS.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. The Terms of Service continue to govern your own Corvano account for everything else.
